The work supported youth-led enterprises to turn climate adaptation from a broad sustainability concept into practical business strategy, operational resilience, measurable impact and investment readiness.

Every adaptation measure had to make sense for the enterprise's actual operating model and be explainable to funders or investors.

My contribution

Provided technical support, mentorship and one-to-one coaching to 10 youth-led enterprises.
Assessed climate risks affecting enterprise operations and supply chains.
Supported development of adaptation measures and resilience strategies.
Helped enterprises integrate resource efficiency and resilience into business models.
Aligned adaptation value propositions with climate-finance frameworks and investor expectations.
Developed M&E workbooks, climate-adaptation ROI templates and facilitation materials.
