The work supported development of a bank-wide ESG and Climate Finance Strategy, focused on the institution's current position, emerging climate-related risks and opportunities, and practical pathways for integrating ESG into core financial decision-making.

It connected ESG to the bank's existing decision architecture: governance → risk → products → lending → client sectors → reporting.
